JITO Chennai — Step Challenge Application

1. Overview
This Cancellation Policy explains the terms applicable to cancellation of registration for the Step Challenge (the "Competition") operated by JITO Chennai. The Competition is a digital service; no physical goods are sold or shipped.
2. Cancellation by the participant
- You may stop participating in the Competition at any time by ceasing to use the Step Challenge application and, if you wish, requesting deactivation of your account.
- However, the registration / participation fee is a one-time, non-refundable fee. Cancelling your participation, for any reason, does not entitle you to a refund. Please refer to our Refund Policy.
- To request deactivation of your account, contact us using the details in Section 5.
3. Cancellation or deactivation by JITO Chennai
JITO Chennai may cancel your registration or deactivate your participation, without refund, where:
- you do not meet, or are found not to meet, the eligibility criteria for the Competition;
- you are suspected of manipulating, spoofing, or artificially inflating step counts;
- you breach the Terms and Conditions; or
- you engage in conduct that JITO Chennai considers detrimental to the Competition or other participants.
On deactivation, your records and your contribution to your assigned team will be removed, and you may be prevented from re-registering.
4. Cancellation of the Competition by JITO Chennai
- JITO Chennai reserves the right to cancel, suspend, postpone, or modify the Competition at any time, including changing the Competition dates, rules, daily step target, or prizes.
- Where JITO Chennai cancels the Competition in its entirety before it begins, JITO Chennai may, at its discretion, refund the registration fee as described in our Refund Policy.

This Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of India and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
